"This item arrived in pieces and Toups sent a replacement. But that one arrived in even more pieces. Does not ship well. I wasn’t able to use it as they were both broken beyond use on arrival. Still no resolution, asked for a refund due to the replacement being broken as well. Quality products but needs better packaging and shipping preparation. Toups issued a refund which is great, always good service, even slow. But ultimately I’d love to see the delicate products like this in better packaging so they can make it in one piece and be used. All the other makeup I ordered arrived in tact and has been great."

"One time I ordered the highlighter everything arrived intact then one time when I was applying it, I went to tap off the loose powder and the entire powder broke. The company did write by giving me a credit so I can buy another one which I did and that was fine.. then I took advantage of the sale over Labor Day in ordered two highlighters. The compact itself was wrapped in bubble wrap, but upon opening it, the powder itself all broke into pieces."
